Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order. If your order is placed after 4PM SGT, it will be processed on the following business day (Monday to Friday).
Domestic Shipping Options & Delivery Rates
We currently offer domestic shipping within Singapore as well as international shipping to selected ASEAN countries. Here are our available shipping options and delivery rates:

Delivery Address
Please note that we will be unable to modify the delivery address once an order is placed. Please confirm your address is correct before checkout.
International Orders
We currently only ship to selected ASEAN countries. At this time, we only ship to: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Order Processing: All international orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday - Friday, UTC+8).
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier efficiency, and customs clearance processes.
- Shipping Fees: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Customs & Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit
Once your order has been shipped, To Eons is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit, including rare cases where packages are lost at sea or affected by events beyond our control. That said, we’ll do our best to support you by contacting the courier and helping to track or resolve the issue.
