Returns
We offer returns of our jewelry within 3 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation intact.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part.
Please contact our team at toeonsjewelry@gmail.com with the order number and details of the jewelry piece within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at toeonsjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

After 48 Hours: Once 48 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel the order as it will already be processed for shipping.

Refunds/Store Credit: Approved cancellations will be issued as the original payment method.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away by sending us a video so we can evaluate the issue. Natural inclusions or tiny cracks in crystals are not considered to be defects as it’s part of nature.
