The crystals are sourced from trusted suppliers. However, not all crystals are naturally found and some are lab-made due to the crystal’s Mohs hardness scale.

Most of our bracelets are made in standard sizes, but we also offer adjustable options with additional fees. Please refer to our Sizing Guide or contact us for custom sizing if you need something more specific.

Yes! Our bracelets are designed for everyday wear. However, since some crystals are softer or more porous, we recommend removing them during activities like swimming, showering, exercising, or cleaning.

We currently do not offer custom designs, however, it is in our roadmap and we would love to offer that option soon.

Since each crystal is natural and handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and part of what makes your piece unique.

Send us a DM with images or videos so that we can help with identifying the problem. Just a heads up, crystals naturally have little inclusions or tiny cracks which makes each piece unique and not considered defects.

All materials used to craft our pieces are currently gold and silver-plated, which may naturally oxidize over time.
